YOUR CEREMONY
West Farm has a choice of spaces with spectacular views, for you to share your “I do’s” with up to 70 of your loved ones. Be it in our Rustic Pergola, under our Oak Gazebo, or inside our Panoramic Marquee, we can create a ceremony as simple or traditional as you desire. The same goes for your reception. The possibilities are as endless as the views we have of the Heritage Coast.
Panoramic Marquee
Our marquee, with spectacular views across the Heritage Coast, is the perfect location for your wedding reception and evening celebrations. Seating 70 dining guests for dinner and up to 100 for your evening celebrations, our marquee is an elegant but comfortable space in which you can wow your guests. Whether you prefer long trestle tables or more intimate groups, you can expect the glowing fairy lights, neutral decor and thoughtful touches to create the perfect canvas on which to design your celebrations.
Champagne Bar
Raise a glass of bubbles with your guests in our pop-up champagne bar under the rustic Mediterranean style pergola. This is the perfect place to gather your guests, throw your bouquet and turn the after dinner drinks into music and dancing.
Great White Cocktail Lounge
For those that want a little respite from dancing, The Great White Cocktail Lounge will act as a haven. This relaxed space with cosy seating will give them somewhere to catch their breath, rest their feet and sip a delicious cocktail, designed especially for your celebration.
The Ceremony
The Great White Hall with its high ceilings, exposed stones and dramatic wooden beams is a contemporary space that will add glamour to your day. Once you’ve said your “I do’s” your guest will greet you with confetti showers as you move through to the lounge to enjoy celebratory drinks. Leave them to enjoy more bubbles and canapés whilst you take advantage of the grounds and local beauty spots for your romantic photoshoot.
The Celebration
As the day fades, the Great White Hall and Cocktail Lounge will be filled with candlelight and the soft glow of chandeliers. You and your guests will enjoy a feast of the best local ingredients that stretches the length of the room. Continue the celebrations with cocktails, music and dancing and enjoy a hot toddy around the firepit to mark the end of a perfect day.
Gather the day before
Bring your nearest and dearest together from 3pm in the Great White Cocktail Lounge. Enjoy your cocktails there or in the Rustic Pergola, which is exclusively yours for the duration of the wedding retreat.
Then it’s time for some fun and pampering. Enjoy our picturesque gardens and hot tub with a glass of bubbles or two and view out over the heritage coast. When dusk sets, gather all your overnight guests together to share dinner and stories - either making use of our self-catering facilities or bring in 5* catering that we will be happy to help you arrange.
Finish off the evening alongside the fire pit in our courtyard before drifting off to sleep with the sound of the sea, ahead of the big day.
Celebrate on the day
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast from the Great White café with your overnight guests in the lounge. Or, if you want to make the most of your comfy bed, why not order breakfast to your room?
An afternoon ceremony means you will have plenty of time to enjoy the coastal scenery and get ready before the rest of your guests arrive. Then, once hair, make-up, dresses, suits and boots are in place it’s time to say “I do!”
Whether you choose the Great White Hall, Pergola, Gazebo or Panoramic Marquee, your guests will be wowed, and you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to photo opportunities.
Enjoy time eating, drinking and celebrating with your guests as the sun sets over the Heritage coast. And when you’ve danced all you can, our luxury beds will be ready and waiting for you.
... and relax the day after
Really. There is no rush today. It’s 100% for you to reminisce and recharge after the excitement of the wedding.
Enjoy a breakfast with your guests. Share stories and snaps from the day. Blow away the cobwebs with a coastal walk. Or get cosy next to the fire. The space remains exclusively yours to enjoy until you check out the following day.
Check out is at 11 am following the 3rd night.
Oak Gazebo
Our romantic Oak Gazebo sits on the upper lawns of the garden, giving you unbridled views of the coastline throughout your ceremony. Picture-perfect cliff tops will be the backdrop for you and your guests during your vows.
Rustic Pergola
Our Mediterranean style rustic pergola opens out into our pretty courtyard. Nestled against the old stone walls of the Farmhouse it is our most intimate outdoor space. Once you have tied the knot, walk through your guests to confetti showers as you look out over the Heritage Coast.
Panoramic Marquee
Our luxurious marquee provides a classic space for your special day. Whether you choose to raise the sides or make use of the panoramic windows, you will be bathed in natural light and sea views as you share your commitment to each other.
